Each morning begins with gentle yoga to awaken the body, followed by nourishing breakfasts and immersive workshops focused on personal growth and spiritual exploration. Throughout the retreat, you'll experience guided meditation, Merkaba activation, chakra balancing, and meaningful conversations in a supportive, intimate setting.
As the sun sets, unwind with powerful sound healing sessions that invite deep relaxation and renewal. Opening and closing ceremonies will create space to set intentions, celebrate your journey, and carry your transformation home with you.
